Stellantis Financial Services UK Limited is the captive finance and insurance company for Stellantis brands in the UK, formed in April 2023 through the merger of three predecessor entities: PSA Finance UK Ltd (Peugeot, Citroën, DS), Vauxhall Finance (Vauxhall), and FCA Automotive Services UK (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep). Operated as PSA Finance UK Limited from January 2015 to April 2023; previously PSA Wholesale Limited (from 1983), Talbot Wholesale Limited (from 1980), Chrysler Wholesale Limited (from 1971). Now provides finance and insurance across 12 Stellantis brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, FIAT, FIAT Professional, Jeep, Leapmotor, Maserati, Peugeot, SPOTICAR and Vauxhall.
